@CenturyLinkHelp I had CenturyLink a few years ago. My service was poor. A technician came out, noted that he didn’t have the right tool, then left. With no follow up. It took me weeks to get that appointment. Switched to Xfinity after that.

Never in my life have I experienced more consistent, terrible customer experiences than I have the every two years when I have to re-up my plan than I have with @comcast @Xfinity. Every. Single. Time.

Xfinity keeps calling to “help me” avoid going over my data caps. I told them that I am just biding my time until @sonic is ready to go in my neighborhood. And this was like a surprisingly cathartic corporate interaction for me.

@Xfinity is a sheisty company. They made Cartoon Network part of some premium package, so having that channel is going to boost your bill at least $20 a month. They know kids are bored right now, and they know they have the market cornered because of COVID. Scumbags.

@Xfinity I’ve never been treated so poorly then I was today talking to a live customer service agent. I will definitely be getting service else were and will be sharing my experience with everyone!!! #terribleservice
