Shelby E. Weston, 47, a homeless man located in Concord, was arrested at 1:47 p.m. on July 16, on a default or breach of bail conditions charge. Officers were called to the Market Basket on Fort Eddy Road for a report of four homeless people drinking outside of the building. When the officers arrived, they reportedly found two sleeping near the building. The officers woke up Weston and they reportedly could smell the alcohol him, a violation of his bail. Weston declined a portable breath test and was arrested. He was held without bail and arraigned on July 17.

Amuri Diole, 20, of Manchester, was arrested at 12:20 p.m. on Aug. 1, and charged with a felony receiving stolen property charge and two counts of resisting arrest or detention. The charges stem from a stolen Range Rover and a chase in the city of Concord. Diole was held on $20,000 cash bail and arraigned on Aug. 2.

Wendall DeWayne Moore Jr., 31, was arrested at 1:52 p.m. on Aug. 2, on a receiving stolen property charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at an apartment on Manchester Street on April 28, reportedly involving a key. Moore came into the police headquarters to pick up a cellphone and was informed about the warrant and taken into custody. He was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Sept. 9.

Eric Moses, 32, of Sandown, was arrested at 1:53 p.m. on Aug. 3, on a theft charge from Shaw’s Supermarket on D’Amante Drive. The alleged incident occurred on July 13, and involved $112 worth of Enfamil formula stolen from the store. Video footage was taken in as evidence at the store, according to the report. Officers met Sandown Police in Auburn to pick up Moses. He was later released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Sept. 9.

Matthew Scott Morrow, 22, of Bow, was arrested at 5:08 p.m. on Aug. 4, on a prohibited sales; alcoholic beverages charge from July 11, at the Durgin Block Garage in connection with an incident at a Hess gas station. Morrow turned himself in to police on the warrant. He was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Sept. 9.

Timothy F. Landry Jr., 27, of Loudon, was arrested at 12:02 p.m. on Aug. 7, on a theft of services charge. While on patrol, an off duty officer approached another officer who advised that Landry might have an active warrant and was reportedly seen walking on Green Street. The officer spoke to Landry who said he was on his way to Pleasant Street to meet with a friend. It turned out that there was an active warrant and Landry was arrested. The warrant stemmed from an alleged incident at Friendly’s Restaurant on North Main Street involving $19.27 worth of food on July 23. Landry was later released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Aug. 26.

Michael W. Flynn, 48, of Concord, was arrested at 8:57 p.m. on Aug. 8, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident on Union Street on Aug. 6, involving a woman. Officers were sent to the resident to arrest Flynn on the charge. He was later released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Sept. 9.

Brian James Gaessler, 35, of Concord, was arrested at 6:18 p.m. on Aug. 9, on a bench warrant. While driving on Green Street near Pleasant, an officer reportedly observed a Chevrolet pickup truck make a quick maneuver and almost cut off another vehicle. A check of the vehicle stated that the registered owner, Gaessler, had an electronic bench warrant for nonpayment of fines, $153.33 cash to settle, for an unregistered vehicle. Gaessler was arrested and later released on $500 personal recognizance bail. He’s due in court on Sept. 9. Gaessler was also issued a warning for moving a vehicle.

Kristina Kay Longley, 21, of Loudon, was arrested at 10:20 a.m. on Aug. 11, and charged with theft and receiving stolen property. The charges stem from allegedly incidents at Rocky’s Ace Hardware on Loudon Road and Schnitzer on Sandquist Street reportedly involving wire valued at $338. Officers picked up Longley from the Loudon Police outside of the Red Roof Inn on Route 106. She was transferred between the agencies and allegedly kept nodding in and out of sleep during the booking process. The officer thought she might be ill but Longley allegedly stated that she was trying to kick her heroin habit and hadn’t had any for three days. She was released on $4,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Sept. 30.
