@verizon hung up on, he didn’t believe there was an outage. Wanted to go through troubleshooting steps lol he legit wouldn’t believe me that my personal AND all our business phones didn’t work. Even after I told him Twitter/news was all over Verizon @VerizonSupport @VerizonNews

@VerizonSupport Thats exactly who i spent 2.5 hours on the phone with nobody knew what to do. 2 different associates were on the call. Consulted multiple managers. And no solution was offered. Im at the point id rather take a hammer to it than deal with it anymore. Ill be leaving verizon soon.

Psa @Verizon sucks. Stuck with a iphone 12 pro max i cant even do anything with… even though its tied to my name and number its on my exes account. I cant access it, they cant reach out to her, and im not contacting her… such a horrible company. Cant wait to switch providers.

Dear @Verizon you said my internet would be fixed in 48. That was Friday. I spent way too long on chat and phone trying to get this straight. It’s Tuesday. My meetings are being dropped constantly. You want me to pay the bill. I want to work so I can pay the bill. Fix it.

@Verizon's system for new customers is beyond poor! If you have to verify your identity, address, and provide other documents after you've purchased a product and have no way of figuring out the status of your order then then that's deceptive! I'm very disappointed smh

@sladecraven Mack hasn’t been able to text properly with anyone on android the last week and it’s making him crazy. Idk what is going on, but they need to fix this ****. What carrier are you on? We’re on Verizon, but only he’s having this problem. (As far as I’m aware.)
