On a skillet, add 1 tbsp. of oil, 4 tbsp of water & udon noodles and stir fry on high heat for 2 minutes. Then add teriyaki sauce and toppings and stir fry for another 40 seconds over low heat. Optional: Add vegetable & protein of your choice.

Microwave Directions – Place udon noodles, teriyaki sauce, topping & 1/4 cup of water in a microwave safe dish. Cover and heat on high for 3-4 minutes. Stir well and enjoy.
