Where is the account access manager in Wells Fargo? ›

The account holder can manage guest users by signing on to Wells Fargo Online and going to Security & Support > Use Account Access Manager.

Mobile and online banking when you need them

Manage your money on the Wells Fargo Mobile ^® app when you're on the go. And use Wells Fargo Online ^® when it's more convenient to be on your computer.

How do I view individuals who have access to my accounts? Expand. You can sign on to Wells Fargo Online and through Account Access Manager, you can view who can access your accounts both through online banking as well as through a Wells Fargo Banker or branch location.

Simply sign on to Wells Fargo Online to access transfers, and click Add Non-Wells Fargo Accounts to get started. To enable non-Wells Fargo accounts for Transfers, additional security measures are required. Verification may take 1-3 business days.

Open the app and click on say your checking or savings, or whichever account you need the account number for. After you select an account, all the way at the top you will see the last four digits of the account. Click on it. A box will pop up with your account number as well as routing number.

Sign on to view account activity . Simply select your account to view activity. From Account Summary, click the vertical dots next to your available balance to transfer ³ money, pay bills, or view statements.

Go to your bank's website.

Whenever you want to access your account, all you have to do is open your web browser and visit your bank's website. After the page loads, look for the tab or button that says “online banking." Click the link that says “online banking” or "login" to access your account.

For your security, we may suspend your access to Wells Fargo Online. To regain access, you'll need to create a new password. For additional protection, we also recommend that you change your username after signing on.

Ensure you're on the bank's official website, with a secure connection. Check your bank's service status to see if the issue is on its end. Check your login credentials and reset them if you're unsure. Update your browser to benefit from the latest security patches.

If they are active accounts, then you will want to go to Accounts>Hide and Show Accounts… and review that list of accounts to see if there are any extra Wells Fargo accounts (since what may have happened is the accounts got re-added as new accounts instead of linked to the existing).

Monitor your credit reports and bank account activity

Regularly reviewing your credit reports and bank statements can help you catch fraudulent activity sooner. You can request a credit report from each of the three credit bureaus each week, so make it a habit to check in on your credit a few times a year.

You can nickname your accounts and will see the same account names from your desktop, phone or tablet. To nickname your accounts, select the menu option once you sign on to Wells Fargo Online^®.

Wells Fargo provides four personal checking accounts with a minimum opening deposit of $25. These are not free checking accounts—you'll need to pay a $5–$35 monthly fee, depending on your account type and eligibility for waivers.

Sign on to the Credit Card Service Center and select Add Authorized Users to Your Account under Account Management.

Your alternate account number will be displayed on your AccessMore app and Internet banking profile. It can also be easily retrieved by dialing the code *901# and following the prompt.

If you want to remove online access for an Eligible Account, you can do so through the Service or call: Wells Fargo Online Customer Service at 1-800-956-4442.

If available, you can receive your access code as an email message, SMS text message ¹, a call on your phone, or a push notification to your Wells Fargo Mobile^® app. You'll be prompted to enter and submit your code.
