Wish Icould give them zero stars notrucker should deliver tothis place. I've been here since 12pm it's now4:45and noone aseven start tounload the truckyet. Ijust ask anemployee about the delay and hesaid they're working oncreating space inside, while they all keep coming outside onshort breaks looking atus truckers and keep laughing. Iguess it's funny fir them tokeep uswaiting. I'm never coming back here.

Absolute nightmare toget docked orturned around. Definitely not designed forus. Guard shack ladies, 1kind ofrude but other lady made upfor itby being super nice. And Cynthia’s soul food truck made everythingok. Like damn people some amazing food.

They have great benefits for their employees but the Managerment doesn't know how totreat their employees. Some ofthe supervisors don't know how tocommunicate with the employees. They try tomanage byfear instead ofrespect. They doto much micro managing and not enough ofearning the respect ofthe employees. Instead oftalking down toemployees talk tothem. Then you'll beabout tokeep employees instead ofhiring 50to 70people just tokeep 10to15. The cold environment isn't the problem it's the floor supervisors....Supervisors the only way tolook good isfor the employees tomake you look good. Take astep back and look inthe mirror first before blaming someone else. Itwill get you along way with better people skills....… – show

Smallest Cargill,yet! Ifyour checked inby 8PM great, ifnot just park Rig and arrive atappointed time, noearly unload here! DONOT MISS ENTRY, itis bythe employee entrance sign (That has ahuge sign) very small guard shack 1small gate RIGHT BETWEEN EMPLOYEE PARKING LOTS. One way inandout.
Hope this helps.
Got unloaded1.5hours. Pull upto the bumper dock crew will dothe rest.
Guard and dock crew are helpful and knowledgeable.

Whether urpicking upor delivering you must enter atthe guard shack which isvery narrow like toll booth narrow. Ifthey're not ready for you they will make you turn around and leave and they will callyou. Toturn around you have toto around tothe back ofthe whse and come back out the narrow driveway with yellow poles onboth sides. Atleast the two trucks tops are only amile away. For picking upyou have toenter thru the guard shack again but atleast that side has more room for backing. For delivery you enter thru the gate past the security gate and wait for them toopenit. Tight turn toget inand just astight when backing todocks. Need more room infront ofdocks. Iarrived at3pm for a3pm appt was told togo tothe truck stop and wait for acall. 3hrs later got the call, went back and there's atruck indoor 1and3. The truck indoor 3moved over todoor 2bc there isabsolutely not enough room tohit door 2between two other trucks. Sowise move onhis part. Then inorder for the truck indoor 2to leave meand the truck indoor 1unhooked and moved out ofthe way forhim. Then itwas easy. Nos/r office. Novending machines. The bathroom isa portapotty outside next tothe docks. All the workers here seem tohave nointerest indoing their jobs ina timely manner. Everyone was moving around non chalantly. Finally unloaded at930pm. Went back tothe newQT. Ihighly donot recommend coming here. Ifyou doI hope urexperience isbetter than mine. Easy toget tothough.… – show

Always wdrop nhook forus. Almost always loaded afew hours early. Check inand guard shack. Checks trailer and fuel. Pallet scraps areok, nowashout receipt needed(as long asit’s reasonably clean). Drop inthe lot across the street. Most spots over there have plenty ofbacking room. Then drive back over toshack togo down intheir lot tograb the loaded trailer. Employees are always nice. I’d give itfive stars but the entry/exit gate isridiculous. Barely big enough toeven get one truckthrough. Sotrucks have totake turns going innout. Legit tighter then any NEtoll booth soif your training you better plan tobe awake tosave some paint and mirrors. Noparking orbathrooms onsite.… – show

Место очень плохое, въезд очень узкий, внутри развернуться только сзади здания после регистрации отправляют натрак стоп ждать, регистрация организованна безграмотно.

I was adelivery. Arrived at1120for a1300. Unloaded at1900. Seriously 6hours after the appt. Spent 5hours just sitting inthe dock.
There isno parking ofany kind atthis place, not topickup, not towait, not todeliver. You have tocheck inthen leave and park atthe pilot orthe QTand wait for them tocall. The entrance looks like acar entry not atruck entry, Inearly went right pastit. There isno space inside their fence atall, front orback. Even their entrance isone lane inandout. Todeliver, after they've called you with adock, deliveries goin one ofthe three front docks accessible bya different gate. Extremely tight tomaneuver. Why they take 3at atime Ihave noidea because they were unloading the trucks 1at atime. Iwould recommend only accepting loads inor out ofthis place that you have guarantees that itwill bea drop and hook.… – show00

Do not arrive early unless it's in24hours intervals. Extremely narrow entryway, forced todo aturnaround intheir tight yard toleave out the same nature entryway. Will betold topark atnearby Pilot and they will give you acall. Backing into the door iseasy enough ifyour good atdoing atight90. Nobathrooms for drivers, also noovernight parking anywhere onproperty. Atleast it's not blind side backing, only reason it's not 1star.
